My carpets and furniture were completely cleaned and looked brand new once he was done. The carpet tech was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied. I will use their service again and again. I will also strongly recommend there services to everyone I know. You will definitely be please with there service

Carpet Professionals have definitely exceeded my expectations. One word- EXCELLENT! The carpets look absolutely clean, not even a small stain is left, also they did a complimentary deodorizer for us, so it smells great too. No doubt 5 stars!!

I am very happy I went with Carpet Professionals. They did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. The technician arrived right on time and got to job right away. The result was spectacular, the carpet is super white and smells very nice and fresh. The price was great too and also he gave me some free spot remover, which I've already tried and it works great.

Fantastic, can't say enough. After dealing with other carpet cleaning company I was delightfully surprised. Carpet Professionals were on-time and on-budget and didn't try to up-sell me or pull any crap. They did a great job.

I couldn't be happier with the service. Carpet Professionals are really easy to get a hold of, punctual and do more than promised. The carpet is pretty old and had some stains on it and they did an awesome job. I felt comfortable being out of the house and letting them work while I was gone, they locked up when they left. I was surprised to come back and they had left extra care instructions for me and left some disposable plastic socks to walk on the carpet while it was wet. Again, great work, very meticulous. I would highly recommend Carpet Professionals to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic!

I was in the market for a couch cleaner and came upon Carpet Professionals business card in my building's foyer. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give them a go. Very easy to set up an appointment (nights and weekends? Yes please.) And they came right on time. I have a pretty big sectional couch and the quoted price was just right. The two guys that came to clean did a great job and were very polite and respectful. Awesome job, and would definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the work Carpet professionals did!

I live in top floor unit in a six-story condo, which is hard to bring the water hose to the unit and the hose has to be very long, and the parking garage ceiling is low, which is very hard for big car to drive in. Eddie didn't give up, instead he insured me not to worry that he would move the car again so that the hose would be able to reach the unit and If that still didn't work, he would call his employee to bring one. Of course, through his effort, it worked!

He has also tried very hard to work on the stains. He went through them several times to make sure the best results.

Their price is very fair too.

They definitely have me as their customer as long as they are in business.

I have used a number of Carpet Cleaners in Hampton Roads area. Carpet Professionals is by far as good as it gets! The cost to clean my home was more than fair. The crew was very nice. I will only ever use Carpet Professionals from now on.

One thing for sure, ever since I found Carpet Professionals, carpet cleaning headaches are gone. Before it was such a hassle, I had to spend my time and look for the carpet cleaners and then compare their prices, read testimonials. But now that I know carpet Professionals, I don't need to do all these. It's the best carpet cleaning company in the area, great prices, fabulous quality and simply nice people to work with. My vote is for Carpet Professionals!!!!

My property manager didn't think the ground-in dirt tracks could be cleaned, and had begun getting quotes on replacing the carpets. The grime was so bad, she explained to me that it looked like someone dumped a trail of ashes onto the carpet and smudged them all over. Once I spoke with Eddie, I knew his extraction methods would be successful. With their advanced cleaning system, they were able to clean the damaged areas which a previously hired professional carpet cleaner could not. They cleaned the soiled areas so well, that the undamaged portions of the carpet needed to be cleaned because they looked 'dirty' in comparison. Great job Carpet Professionals!

I don't normally post reviews online, but this time I felt I had to only because the staff at Carpet Professionals did such an EXCELLENT job at cleaning our carpet that I felt it necessary to post this review. If you are looking for a company to clean your carpet, I would highly recommend Carpet Professionals. They were prompt and professional and best of all our carpet looks amazing. Our carpet looked disgusting and dirty and they made it look clean again.
