WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

ROTTEN FOOD!!!!!



We ate here today. The overall taste of Food was a 4 out of 10......

The Mongolian food (which you plate and they cook for you). The meat smells sour (it's supposed to be frozen -but it's not)





When I brought it to the lady's attention she told me the meat is fine that they don't freeze it because some customers eat raw meat and that "it's customers fault not mine"....... I told her that the cheese is seriously rotten that you can smell it and taste it!!!! She said "no I change cheese at lunch time it's ohkay" (it's 7:00PM now). I told her to taste the cheese and she told me no that she doesn't eat cheese. I just stared at her and she said "we no pay only way you get something is if you end up in hospital then our insurance pay". Then continued to argue about how cheese and meat is supposed to smell sour.



Oh and when we first walked in (which should have been the sign for me to walk away) was when I seen a cook SITTING in the floor cutting carrots!!!!!!! Most disgusting place ever!!!!!!



We ended up leaving having to pay $24 for 2 people.... she seriously didn't care I am very irritated and super disappointed!!!!! I've never been so unsatisfied with a restaurant in my life

I certainly don't understand the poor ratings below (but then again, poor grammar and punctuation says a lot). We ate here about a week ago, and have already been back 3 times. The sushi is the best that we have eaten in the high desert. All you can eat sushi, crab legs, shrimp, and mussels for a very low price. We will definitely be going back!

The food was not to expectations... chicken dry, not much variety. Too expensive for this buffet...next time woodgrill!! I wouldn't recommend at all!!

This place is dirty, food is not fresh, selection is poor, price is sky high; I am compairing it with many Chineese Food places we visited before.

Hey, owners I want to give you more stars, but first, you try to improve something.

This all you can eat buffet is a horrible place to go if one your hungry two your looking for good fresh Chinese food and three looking for good service! All together this place made me so angry I took my parents their expecting to have fresh food it was all dried up their was no meat in the broc.beef and the broc was falling apart due to it being so old and them just stirring it. After they brought in new food they mixed in the old one and they were trying the old one with their fingers and still throwing it in their.. At the end of our experience they didn't want to take an ad coupon because they stopped using it but the ad was two days old. It says over 100 items we asked her where are the 100 items of fresh food and she said counting the dressings and salad toppings lol.. So will not be returning.. If health inspection would have gone that day or just pop up I'm sure they would NOT be open! Or how they earned an A idk!
