        Today I ran into an issue after working on my Yukon all day yesterday. Seems as though the part I bought was defective, but I only realized it after the job was done. I called O'Reillys and spoke to the manager named Melvin, I explained what had happen, and that I didn't have a receipt. He understood my situation and agreed to replace the part. With my vehicle being down, I was unable to go and get the part, so he used his personal vehicle to bring the part to me. I was so impressed, and thankful. Not many people are willing to help anyone anymore, but this man went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need.
