Nail Expert

I have been to this place three times. They are very slow but it is close to home. My last visit I specifically asked the nail tech Sonny if they used the dipping powder for nails. He said yes. That is what I already had on my nails. He said they did not have a lot of colors. When he started on my nails I made the comment that he was doing the process different. He did not have me dip my nails in the powder. Instead he dipped the brush into the powder. He said it was easier that way. I said ok. Then I told him it looked different. He asured me that it was the same. After I left I couldn't get this put of my head. I called back the next day and spoke with the manager. She told me that they do not offer dipping powder. I wanted to know why Sonny was deceptive. The manager, Kim, said that I must have been satispied because I paid for it. I wasn't asking for my money back. I didn't appreciate acrylic being put on my nails and being lied to. No accountability.

I walk in, she knows my name, only been here a few times. The male that did my pedicure did an excellent job. Gentle, precise and quick for the great service I received.

I scheduled an appointment here because it was close to my house, what a dumb idea. I walked in it was small and dingy and there were only 5 very worn out pedicure chairs. I was told to pick out my polish color and to take a seat. I was directed to a chair that was missing half of the fake leather on it. When I leaned back there was no padding in the chair and I could feel every single piece of metal inside of the chair.



I can't say how the actual pedicure was because I got up and left, I am not a snotty person but I get pedicures as a method of relaxation and didn't want to end up with foot fungus and a trip to the chiropractor!

This business derserves a "NO" star rating!

Early FEB., 2011 I walked in on a whim to get my eybrows arched before going to work,only to find a few hours later of Eyebrow ITCHING, broken SKIN, an 2 BLACK EYES!!!



I walked in ask them what did they use, and the lady explained, and I compared their product with the product being used where i normally go, and have no problems.

Only to find out the difference was that

this place didn't use HAND SANITIZER!!!!

BEFORE the ARCH.

WHO DOES THIS????!!!



Now it's early May, 2011.

I still have shadow marks under my

brow arch area and I am very livid!!

START ASKING FOR RECEIPTS IN THESE TYPE

PLACES. They never give or ask do you want

one!!!



Horrible place...
