Great Clips

I just went in to get my haircut the manager cut my hair,her name is Rachel. The haircut was ok, but she was bumping my head with electric clippers sloppily was not a pleasant experience. Then came time to pay the bill i had my$ 9.99 gift card she told me my card is not a 9.99 card which is false we have used them before at same location. I asked for her manager andshe said that i couldn't talk to anyone but call a number on back of card. So i left to tell a ffamily member waiting for me and they came back inside to help explain same thing i already said. I caught Rachel the manager in a LIE and she knew it so she told me i was not allowed in that location again. Thats fine with me! Stay clear away from that store location!go elsewhere! #boycott!

I had called ahead to find out what mornings the manager would be working since I wanted her to do my cut. She answered the phone and told me what days. The morning I went there I was early. Stood outside and could see two women inside. They opened the door about 10 minutes late. I told the girl behind the register I would like my hair cut by the manager. She told the manager and she came over and told me that the other girl had 24 years behind her and would do my hair fine. I was not happy but since manager did not want to be bothered I went ahead. God, I wish I had turned around and had walked out. My hair cut sucked. Could not go back and have it redone since not enough was left. Each day as my hair grew I remembered that day and will not forget it. That was the worse cut I had in many many years. Be smart people and go else where. I live so close to the place but will drive some where else since no way will I ever go back into that place. THAT IS A PROMISE...
