The owner is horrible and disrespectful food is disgusting wings or too little and I used to eat there for years until now

The cost to get your hair braided is decent and that's because if you have problems with your hair 2 days after getting it done, you don't get any refund. I went a few days ago and got my hair braided, the girl was there on time but she braided my hair so tight that my head felt like it was on fire! I didn't say anything because I figured that's how they usually braid because they get every inch of hair on your head. Not even 4 days later, a braid fell out with my hair in it! My scalp in the front was itch and was breaking out with bumps all over it from the braids being extremly tight. Not to mention my hair was falling out in the process as well. I called the number listed above and the call goes directly to the owner. I explained to her my situation and she was not sympathetic what so ever. She was sticking to their policy of it being after 2 days so I couldn't get no money back AT ALL. She told me that if I wanted they could redo the braids in the front. Are you serious?! I'm on the verge of losing my front hair and you think I want them redone?! So she tells me to go to the shop and have the girl who did them look at them and she would take a look at it. Once I got there, the girl told me that her hair is balding in the front as well so that's why she doesn't get braids anymore. Then she goes on to tell me that all she could give me was $25 after I spent $150 there only 7 days ago and can't keep my braids in because of my scalp being damaged. I was furious!!! I told her to get the owner on the phone because before I left my house, I informed the owner I didn't live close and if I wasn't getting all of my $ back then making the trip wouldn't be worth it. She said that I would get my money back and to just go to the shop. So after the girl speaks to the owner briefly, she puts me on the phone. Now the owner is yelling at me! Saying she doesn't care if I go tell people about my bad experience, and if I feel it's necessary to do so then go do it! Most of what she said, I couldn't make out because she was yelling the whole time. And then she hung up! As much as I wanted to go off on the girl sitting in front of me, I couldn't because it was more so the owner with her non-sympathetic funky attitude! So the girl said that even though she was instructed to only give me $25 she would give me $40 because she didn't want any trouble. Although, I wasn't satisfied with the $40 I just took it because I was just too through with them! Never again will I go to that place, never! I've had braids before and NEVER had this problem with my hair. To sum it all up for you, if you're researching and thinking of going to this place, DON'T!!!! I wouldn't even recommend this place to an enemy.
