Brow Art 23

I went here to get my eyebrows threaded before I had to go on a trip, and I had gotten them threaded before at the mall so I went. The place I originally went to closed down, so I found this place.



It's a really relaxing environment, but the service was terrible. The lady was smiling, but when I talked she would just ignore what I said. I told her I just wanted her to clean up my brows... She didn't listen. She made them completely uneven and one of them was SO thin & my eyebrows are not thin. I thought she took an absurd amount of time doing them. She then proceeded to try to sell me makeup to draw on my eyebrow. I told her I hated them and literally was about to burst into tears because I was so mortified.



She just kept smiling and saying "I've been doing this for 3 years" and I just kept saying "you just didn't do what I was expecting." She still made me pay $10 and didn't even apologize... She was SO rude to my friend & I. I will never go back there again.
