Don't allow the employee named "DILLARD" to assist you.. He is sarcastic, will mock you after you speak, and then if.. you ask him why he is acting like that? He will point to the door like he is the President or owner.. baffling as if he has some personality disorder with his facial expressions and hand gestures.. really, really weird to be allowed to work at any job... No I'm not a mad or disgruntled customer, but I am aware of impaired reactions of what I notice in a typical environent.. he needs to be coached into seeking help with his personality disorder...or possibly help with his demeanor when working in customer service..let him know he can act narcisstic and pretend he is God too but not while on company time...very very unprofessional and immature as well

This has got to be one of the most dysfunctional businesses Zip have ever done business with . You cannot get anyone on phone . Manager gave me his direction number still no answer. Came out to do installation after month did not have all components to complete installation. After numerous request still do not have copy of invoices deriding purchase or copy of my 5 year warranty. The only way you can get any service is to drive to store and corner the manager. Will not do anymore business with this incompetent organization

The Best Buy in Tupelo has the best guy as a geek squad member. His name is Joseph and he go to ALL lengths to help the customer with ANY problems and he is very intelligent, and very helpful.

Extremely poor customer service. I know little about car audio, so I was in real need of help. None came. That's not to say that the store wasn't teeming with employees. They were there in numbers and keen to socialize with each other. Meanwhile I'm left to buy something I'm not sure is the right item and which I'm not sure I can install. I've got a bad feeling I'll be back soon, if only to return what I got. That will be the last visit I pay to this store.

If you are planning to buy a television from Best Buy - take the television with you or it might take a couple of weeks to get it installed. We bought a large flat screen TV and was told - free delivery with installation since it has to be mounted on the wall by their installation service people. What they didn't tell us that the delivery was seperate from the service installation. So after waiting over a week for the television set - it will not be delivered until tomorrow and now the instalation will not be done until 6 more days next Tuesday. I haven't broken the news to my husband yet because he is going pitch the biggest fit and most probably go to the store and pay someone else to install the television or according to how angry he is going to be - he will probably ask for a refund for the whole purchase! And go to business to that will tell him UPFRONT how they will set up the Television. I know he spent at least $2,000.00 - that is really good business, isn't it?
