Roger Plaza Apartments

I give them no stars! I currently live at Roger Plaza and have been for 2 months. This place is disgusting! When we first moved in I saw a roach and she said they were in the process of bombing. I needed a place due to having a pregnant sister I didn't want to be homeless. Alot of stuff happens including getting laid off at work and falling behind on my bills. Thankfully my sisters boyfriend was willing to help :) I had to wait 2 weeks for his next pay and he would pay my rent. I explained everything to Andy (roger plaza owner), jerry (female manager ) and Chris ( Jerry's husband) they were okay with it and the next day they were pounding on my door and when I didn't get to the door quick enough Chris tried to kick in my door. I flipped out and called the manager before involving the police and the owner knew!! Anyways for about 1 1/2 week they harrassed my pregnant sister. They even went as far as covering our peep hole on my front door. They just gave me eviction papers and say I owe them $2,334.00 I don't understand how a 2 bed 1 bath at $595.00 a month comes out to that amount? They harrased my neighbors. One of my neighbors today was freaking out because of the roaches and them not doing anything about it. And jerry ( the manager ) told her that she would kick her out if she don't stop complaining about roaches. I have the whole video she made the older lady cry it was awful. Oh and fhe mail man is a theif. He steals out of mail boxes. I bought my sister a phone for ger birghday and it never came but said it was delivered. The pervious girl who lived here had a copy of my mail key and told me they told her they would change fhe locks. Which they never did. Please please please don't move here! I'm telling you it's not worth it. And if u have a car the management will stalk you. I know it sounds crazy but the manager told me they saw me shopping at spirit. And they seen me purchasing a Halloween wig. Like really? And?? Don't live here!! If u do u will find out. It's a horrible place!!
