Words cannot describe how happy I am that I called Bob of Truckee-Donner Maintenance to help me out with my spa in Truckee. Just by visiting his website, you can tell right off the bat the care and concern he shows for his customers by posting a huge collection of FREE tips and information for taking care of your spa. He was the first to call me back for my spa issue even though he literally got off a plane that day. He tried right away to see if he could walk me through my problem over the phone without charging me a penny. Bob then arrived at my home promptly to trouble-shoot and I could tell he knew a ton about my hot tub. The next day he called the manufacturer and he informed me that a $400 part was suggested by the company...I was NOT STOKED. Given that he knows just about everything there is to know about spa tub parts, he was able to do a very effective alternative repair at a fraction of the cost for the new part...that truly showed me how much he looks out for his customers. His knowledge, kindness and skill saved me literally hundreds of dollars and made me a better informed spa owner. Not only that, he is a pleasant and courteous person to deal with, which always lessens the headaches of any repair situation! I will always call him with any future issues and my next spa purchase will surely be through Bob!

Bob of Truckee Donner Maintenance& Spa Repair is not only a man of integrity,but also a man who knows spas like he invented them. He is detail oriented,and has many years experience in electrical, and plumbing.He can diagnose your spa and make the necessary repairs better than anybody I've ever known.I highly recommend him and would stake my reputation to say that he is the most qualified spa repairman in the area.

We make our home available for rent to a very select few during the ski and golf seasons. As such it gets a tremendous amount of wear and tear, contributed to in-part by our four college-age kids and their numerous friends. This is especially true for the large hot tub on our rear deck. As we do not live in the area, we have to count on others to take care of matters for us. After search around, experiencing a few mishaps, some midnight emergency calls, we discovered Bob Stull a number of years ago and have been totally satisfied ever sense with his performance, knowledge, integrity, and willingness to stay with a problem until it is resolved. I understand his wife does the bookkeeping (as does mine) so invoices go out on time and without mistakes.

We wanted our Tub on the back deck of our house and there was no room to drive between the houses. With power lines in front of our house a crane would not be possible to lift tub over our house. Bob was able to drive with his trailer and our tub on it through a rough 4x4 road to get to the back of our house to install tub. I was impressed. He also uses excellent sub-contractors for electrical hook ups.

This company treated me and my wife with respect and answered all our questions about spas as this is our first hot tub ownership.

He was very knowledgable and impressed us with the level of competance. We had a 1:00 appointment and he actually showed up a few minutes before. When he had a few minutes to diagnose the problem he went right after it. What blew us away is that he had the part we needed in his truck. We were in our tub again that night.
