        Based on a simple maintenance repair the staff was very easy to work with. They respected my time on getting me in and out quickly. The service advisor brought to my attention what future needs that I will be facing and let me know the order of importance.

        Overall

        I would like to give great appreciation to Kurtis Taylor and Jamie Melan of the Troy Jim Trenary dealership. They provided exceptional and outstanding service to my family and I. We were able to purchase a 2015 Chevy Equinox today, and it would not have been humanly possible without the patience, dedication, or understanding of these two gentlemen. Outright outstanding professionalism and down to Earth conversation was offered to my family and I, and I can't express how much I am in your debts.
