Fantastic Sams

I've been here twice over the years. My first time I had a perm done. I asked for big curls but the lady said she only had small ones and would put 2 of them together to make a bigger curl. It looked like a kinked awful mess and any pro should have known.

My last trip here, I just wanted a simple dye job and my fiance wanted a simple cut. I told her I was in somewhat of a hurry to pack and get prepared for my vacay. She dyed my hair twice and my roots still look orange. When blow drying my hair for the second time, my scalp was screaming. She was literally beating my head and digging into my scalp with her paddle brush. She also kept stopping to help other customers that weren't even hers. After 3 hours of this (she kept saying she was almost done an hour into it) I had enough and told her I was done.

The next day I seen my fiances disaster of a haircut. It was blotchy and completely uneven. The next few days we tried to fix it ourselves and did 100x a better job.
