Glamour Nails

My daughter had her nails done there 2 weeks ago. Her nail fell off today and she has a fungus!! Gross!!!!! Linda Vo (the manager) refused to refund her gift card regardless of the damage they did!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I went here to go get my nails done with my boyfriend's little sister, thinking it wouldn't take very long because it was not busy and it was in the mall. We waited over an hour to get our nails done. I have acrylics, and I was getting them filled. I had to ask the woman to put on more than one coat of the white nail polish, and when I got home, the acrylic gel was chipping and falling off my nail! Two days after getting them done, three of my nails were acrylic-less! Worst nail salon ever!!

I have been going to glamour nails and I have NEVER had a problem until two weeks ago when I got a full set of acrylics the older lady did them. She was very rough and held on to my fingers so hard that they went numb. She got the acrylic all over my nails and hand. She also got the nail polish all over me.. It was like she had never done them before. She did not understand a word I said and did everything wrong. I went in today to have them taken off. She ripped them off with clippers. I was wincing in pain and she knew she was hurting me and asked if it hurt after I said "OUCH!" She ripped a good amount of my pinky nail off... enough to make it bleed. She then wiped it off with a DIRTY paper towel... My finger has not stopped bleeding.. it is numb and I am very afraid I'm going to get an infection.. I work at a nursing home and I can't afford to be out of work.... Needless to say I talked to the manager about it and she said" I don't know what to say... I don't know what you want me to do" I told her I'm MISSING part of my nail.. I am in pain.. and I am bleeding... She didn't even say sorry or offer a refund. When I walked out of the store she told my mother she'd do my nails for free next time... THERE IS NO NEXT TIME. How can she do my nails when I am missing almost half of one? I called the state and I will be very disappointed if nothing happens.
