Calico - Tampa

I love this store! I've been going to Calico Corners since I was a child. Things have changed over the years (they are a design center and not a fabric store) but overall that is a good thing. They have more traditional and transitional designs (not as many modern designs) in furniture and fabrics. Calico has made window treatments for me, bedding for my master bedroom, re-upholstered my sofa and bought new chairs for my living room (eight way hand tied springs!). Very high quality and reasonable prices.

Rarely answer their phone. Unhelpful staff, unfriendly. Want to steer you to the highest price item in their inventory. If they don't have something, they do not suggest an alternative vendor, just shrug.
