7 Days Spa

While visiting Tallahassee, I was referred to 7 Days Spa & Nails by a friend. With a few hours on my hands, I decided to burn time by pampering myself. Most guys don't do their nails, let alone their feet. I take care of both.

Staff were friendly and polite - no issues with regard to my mani/pedi. I ended up choosing the deluxe spa pedicure, which included a peppermint rose herbal soak, a gentle sugar scrub, nail and cuticle trim, callous softening and removal, a salt scrub to brighten my big ugly feet, a relaxing hot rock massage with cooling gel, a relaxing massage and hydration with scent, a soothing masque with hot steamy towels and a paraffin wax to soften and otherwise moisturize my dry cracked feet.

I skipped the "French" for an additional $5.00, although I did enjoy a free glass of wine - which - gave me a headache. Manicure was a basic gentleman's manicure with buffed nails.

Establishment was clean and easy to locate. I would return when visiting the Tallahassee area.
