The UPS Store

Everytime I go into that store to drop off packages which is often, they do not greet you with a friendly voice nor a smile. They practically barely talk unless it's to say you are all set. Not even a thank you. One person in particular has a face on him that would make one think that he hates customers. He should not be in customer service then and why would any one hire him to deal with the public. I hate going there but it's the closest store to me. I just called them to ask a question and whomever answered had that same flippant attitude and I just asked a normal question. Really urks me the way they are and I don't deserve to be treated like that because I have done nothing but frequent the store for the purpose that you are in business for. A manager or someone in an upper level position should speak to these guys at this store. I have no idea why they would be hired for customer service. Thank you for listening to me.
