Chris is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Avoid at all costs. It’s bate and switch. Worst experience ever buying a car. Car literally had steam and smoke coming from hood in less than an hour after purchase. Check engine light and warning lights lit the dashboard. Then Chris refused to take car back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

It was the worst experience of my life. The dealer named Chris ripped off my brother-in-law falsely misrepresenting the condition of the car, and getting him signing into legal document by lieing. He hide the Carfax report and didn't disclose about the car's used as rental, hail damaged, and far more important the open recall on the car at the time of the sale, which is far worse because it can cause accident. Just after a week of the sale, many check engine cords popped up, which signaled the engine was in bad condition. I with my brother-in-law asked dealer three times during the sale. "Sir, is there anything wrong with the engine or transmission, but every time we got a same misleading reply "No, there is nothing wrong, if there is anything wrong, I got a repair shop, I will take care of it. Somehow, we figured out and bought a warranty from the dealer, which was misleading too. Dealer stated that it will cover everything, but after 2.5 months, brother in law got into accident. The warranty company was backing away, and throwing the more cost of engine repair on my brother in law. He have to nearly pay for the rebuilt engine about 2,500 dollar after warranty would pay only about 1400-1500 dollars including deductible. He got depressed and sold his car cheap to a best appraisal because he tried to fix it but the issues persisted with the engine. He bought this chevy malibu 2010 for 6900 with the warranty, and spent about 700 dollars about on the repairs , and then, he have to sell this to a best appraisal of $2700. Now, you people can figure out how much he lost from this fraudulent deal. I recommends as a true citizen to stay away from this small time dealer, and buy a brand new car.

It was a terrible mistake to check this place out. They sold me a car with open recall, previously hail damaged, and previously rental used one without disclosing me anything even the recall was related to my safety, that means they put financial profit ahead of anything else. With all this features make the car in fair condition rather than good or very good. I don't know what makes them think, it is in very good condition. It is a nightmare now to return this car. Plz, I advice as a good citizen, to stay away from places like this which looks for their profits ahead of anything else...
