To anyone using a debit or credit card to pay for service or parts. There is always a 3.5% merchant charge that is automatically added I have no control over this charge. Remember paying with check or cash there is no extra charge

I had Tim install a ice maker and filter for my Whirlpool Refrigerator. He installed both fine. My problem was his billing me. He gave me a receipt with a $85.00 service charge and $85.00 labor charge totaling $170.00 the day he installed both. I gave him my credit card and he used his machine for a receipt and left. I was very surprised when I looked at the receipt after he left. He typed in 175.00 for service charge (instead of $170.00 receipt he gave me) and a CHARGE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD! So I was was charged $183.13!

I called him the next day and told him if he was going to charge me for using my credit card he should have told me! The lesson I learned was to look at receipt he gave me before he left my home. I have never been charged when using my credit card!

Very professional, very honest. He saved us hundreds of dollars!! Fridge works better than it did before we bought it, due to a mistake in manufacturing. He was honest about the work he did, and didn't try to tell us we needed to buy unneeded parts.

Seagle's Appliance is fast,reliable service. all others didn't have any parts but they have almost everything you need in stock.
