I had a problem with my GPS which I purchased from Best Buy years ago.....so I went to Best Buy in Southfield, MI and spoke to a young Associate who provided the wrong information to me....which ended up me purchasing a New GPS. I spoke to Garmin and they pointed out to me what was wrong with my old GPS so I returned to the Southfield Store. I spoke to a Store Manager, Staci, who helped me get thru the problem. She was Courteous, Professional, Patient and had a outgoing smile and temperament. Although the store associate gave me the wrong information Staci the Southfield Store Manager was a excellent representation to the store.

Poor customer service. Sales person at customer service was evasive about information regarding return policy for wireless Beats purchased the day before Christmas with receipt. The manager never came although requested several times. I was told that Best Buy no longer offers the protection plan on them and they could not exchange or return them without one. I was "told" to take them back to Apple since they now owned Beats and not the store but the manufacturer for Apple. I took them back to Madison Heights store 15 min later, and with no question a asked they returned them and have my money back. When I asked if they still sell protection plan on them . They said yes! I would have exchanged them only if I had not been told that no warranty was available to cover them which made me think that someone was covering themselves from selling a defective product. Shame on you Telegraph store!!!

The store manager "Gabe" has excellent insight from the customers point of view, I have purchased tseveral thousands dollars worth of merchandise at this store I have had some difficultys with the products purchased yet the manager Gabe has been fantastic with taking care of each. If your shopping the Geek Squad part of the store make sure you ask for Tim, He diagnosed my computer problems to a "T" in seconds, This is really a great place to shop when your spending big bucks and want to feel confident that you will be taken care of if something goes wrong! I would also advise the purchase of the warranties available through Best Buy you do have to read them to see the benefit but when it comes to spening a lot on the product the warranty is cheap. I have been living in Southfield for 45 years having Best Buy with their current staff, I give them a 10 in every department! 6/03/2010
