        As a 20 year customer, I feel they are an honest shop that will do their best to help your situation. Great service and products and free loaner car if needed. I have tried others in the area but always come back to Northview.

        An employee was rude and arrogant. Wouldn't listen to my concerns. The car wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be, which caused major inconveniences to my family.
