Avoid at all costs. My Valentine's Day flowers simply never arrived. When you call either of the numbers on the website, all the person who answers the phone will offer to do is "forward a message" to the actual florist. Wouldn't you assume the phone numbers on the florist's website would actually connect you to the florist? The answering service cannot find out when or if the flowers will ever be delivered, or whether my husband's money will be refunded. I suspect the company might even be some kind of online scam.



Steer clear.

I would not order flowers throught them I ordered the flowers using teleflora service and choose this company " Colesville Floral Designs" because my mother in law lives in Silver Spring MD will she did not get the flowers after I spent the money on them and when I tried to call and find out why they had a message that continues for over an hour it was to be delivered on Friday and now they are closed, they were for mothers day. I called at 7:30 pm their time and 6:30 mine to see how my mother in law liked the flowers and that is when I found out they were not delivered. I ordered then a week ahead and requested a Friday delivery so she would have them on time and I knew she had plans for Saturday and Sunday. Guess I spent money to only hurt my mother in law.
