Morgan Buick GMC Shreveport

I received a recall for the passenger airbag. I took my car to Mike Morgan Buick GMC for repair on a Tuesday. They "fixed" it. On Sunday, my airbag warning light comes on. I take my car back to Mike Morgan Buick GMC and they tell me its the airbag in the steering wheel which they had nothing to do with. Coincidence? I think not. They wanna charge me $900 to fix it but the service manager says he will work with me and only charge me the cost of the part $684. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!!!

I am 29 years old and I've never walked into a dealership without one if my parents helping me so this was a huge deal to me! I went in and met a wonderful salesman by the name of Larry Paddie. He took time to explain all the details to me, and he was very straight forward and didn't try to talk me into something I couldn't afford. He helped me every step of the way and after I took my car home he emailed me to check on things several times. Yes it took a while to complete the sale but anywhere u go it's gonna take hours to complete the purchase and sign all the paperwork. Larry was a great guy and for someone like me going in there alone to make a huge purchase he guided me every step of the way and made me completely comfortable and confident. As a matter of fact everyone I came in contact with was very sweet ���� This is a great place to buy a car!!
