Canine Design

I have no issues w customer service, cleanliness of the facility, my dog looks beautiful eac time. The issue is, if his appointment is 9am he is always there 3-4 hours. That's to traumatizing. His last visit was 10am and we were called at 2:15 he was ready.
I hate to switch but 4 hours is to long. I do thank them for there service but it should not be more then a 2 hour visit.

I have brought my Persian cat (Ringo) in several times. He is not an easy cat to groom, only because of his coat which is extremely thick & dense. He always comes back looking and smelling great. Diane, I believe is the owner/groomer is great & does a great job. Not many places do a lion-cut and/or groom cats, and she does both and for a fair price.

This Dog Grooming business treated both my wife and I horribly and gave us our dog back covered in urine. Save your dog and nerves by not patronizing this failure of a business.
