Park Ave Shoe Repair

I picked up my boots yesterday from Park Ave shoe repair shop!! I was so happy that they were able to save my favorite boots the leather sole and heels looked amazing. I wish I had taken a before photo so that you all could see how damaged they were before they fixed them So happy with the service!!

I had some soap on a pair of gray uggs, and after reading the reviews i was excited to send my boots to Anna. They came back with holes in them! Anna tried to not send them back to us, and refund our money for cleaning. I requested to get them back, and upon discovering the additional damage- she claimed they came to her that way. I sent the other boot, which was perfect- no soap or anything, and this came back with holes as well.



After many emails and phone conversations i have given up getting any money back or even compensation for the addition damage to the boots, i just do not want others to make the same mistake and trust them. Yes they are nice, but they did not take care of this customer- BEWARE

I was so upset to get olive oil all over the front of my UGG slippers... I tried a couple suede cleaners I had at home and none of them seemed to work. As a last resort I mailed my UGGs to Park Ave Shoe Repair... they were returned to me in a little over a week as good as new and for an extremely reasonable $23. A lot cheaper than buying new ones!! Thank you Park Ave Shoe Repair for saving my favorite slippers!
