ABSOLUTE WORST nail place to get your nails done at. I've heard good things about this nail salon so I tried it out Friday night & the last who did my nails was VERY rude. She was like "if you want your nails to look nice you have to relax your fingers" she said it very rude like she had a bad day. I told her she didn't have to be rude about it & that it was my first time there and didn't want a bad experience. And to top it off, she cut 2 of my fingers with the nail smoother they take to soften the nail. And they are way over priced! $50 for full set.. I couldve went to my usual place & oayed 30$ for the same dam thing! NEVER going here again. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anybody!

I came here to get acrylic gels for the first time. I was dissatisfied with them because the technician did not change the original square shape of them at all. When I asked her to fix it she said she couldn't because it would mess up the gel. I had to go online to find out that I could file it myself. It did not mess up the gel.



The secon time I went here to get the gels taken off. The lady starts using the clippers as pliers and trying to pull off the tips. It was horrifying and actually painful. I had also looked online that acetone is used. I had to ask her to stop and can we use acetone? She gave me a soaking dish and walked away to go work on someone else for about 20 min while I sat there. Someone else had to come finish me and they grinded of 95% of the gels, and then a different person painted a light color on where you could still see the scuffs from the original gels.



Very Bad Experience both times I will never recommend or come back.

Terrible salon...the gentleman at the first work area tried to remove an older nail tip by using another tip under it. I told him that I wanted to soak it off and he said "no need I can take it off." I then told him how it was hurting and I was told I had no patients. Definitely not a pleasant experience!! Then he was annoyed when I said I wanted a lighter colored polish than what he picked.

Beware!!! They are the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to! Male technician located at first station destroyed my natural nail. He became upset when I refused to let him use the disgusting Dremel tool to help take off gel polish. Not only that but used a file board that left deep scratches on top of my nail and shredded the ends of my nails. Also, cut my cuticles and reused a worn out nail buffer! These items should only be used once! Not to mention he left a huge clump of gel on my finger and let it harden on the side, leaving my nail uneven and lumpy! The experience was painful and unsanitary..cringing at every moment. Save your money and your health!! Avoid at all cost!!
