Victoria's Secret

The customer service in this place is getting worse and worse . They always have one or two cashiers and they're more slow than molasses. The last time I came here waiting longer than five minutes almost 7 minutes and then I was asked if I could wait another few minutes as she scans returns . I will not step foot in this store anymore I will wait to come to another Victoria's secret store different location.. it was very very sad that I was put in this position when I work downstairs and come here once twice a week to purchase a bra.

I get great customer service from them as specially this one wonderfull csl... MIMI she knows just what i like and is a great big help!!!
