Empathy: She had good empathy for my problem and took my side quickly. 5/5 stars.



Timeliness of the resolution of my problem: It took longer than I expected to resolve my problem, although I may have had unrealistic expectations. 3/5 stars.



The resolution itself: I am satisfied with the outcome. It's what I expected I would see from it, but not entirely as we discussed originally. I suppose things sometimes change from initial expectations. But it is good and I am happy. 5/5 stars.
