Bella Donna Day Spa

If Bella Donna's service is anything like their management I would stay away from them. This is a HORRIBLE company to do business with. They requested numerous services from my company and still have not paid for them. Business card design, designed & printed 5,000 postcards, consumer mailing list, gift card design, loyalty card design, and sales sheet design. We even provided them other items we never charged for.



This is a warning to other print and service companies -

Bella Donna Day Spa (Tu Nguyen) worked with us for a few months telling us the check is in the mail and that they would pay submitted estimates. Approved all our designs and purchased items from us. Still have not been paid since July, 2012. After late charges had been added and numerous attempts to contact Tu Nguyen. Tu had someone else tell us they weren't going to pay us and that they decided not to use our work. This still would not explain the no payment on 5,000 printed postcards and the purchase of a consumer mailing list we provided them.



We have been in business since 1998 and this is the first time we have had a business do this to us. We have retained loyal customers over the years and its sad that a business such as Bella Donna Day Spa and business owner Tu Nguyen could act in a such an awful and despicable business manner.



This is a warning that Tu Nguyen and Bella Donna Day Spa is a total scam to work with. I'm sure they have done this to other respectable businesses. Please speak up if this has also happened to you.

UV Pink and White Gels with the beautiful design! Woo hoo!



The Technician which i forgot her name does the best job on UV gel nails I've ever had coast to coast....hands down.



My pediure is as great as my nail, the Technician shapes them perfectly, great selection of colors. Price might be a little more for the gels, but they last easily two to three weeks and also, the special discount helps. Those white gel tips do not crack, chip or fade....it's a promise. Well worth the price in my book!

They also do massage, wax, facial as well.
