Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse

Not worth the price. The steaks were not good at all. Not sure how they were able to make a medium rare steak that when you cut through it there was no juice coming out of it. It was quite strange. My husband spent the whole night in the restroom with diarrhea. Not good at all!

My wife and I went there two weeks ago. 1. The coffee was cold 2. It took 45 min to get half and half for the coffee 3. I ordered a med/well buffalo burger, i received a raw burger. The French fries were cold. My wife and I went there because she saw a t.v. show that spoke highly of the Restaurante. After our horrific experience, I wrote and evaluation and gave it to the waitress. No manager came to speak to us. I sent a Email and received no reply. How can they be so highly rated and have such sub-standard food and poor service. Someone please explain. Thank you for reading my commentary.
