Jamba

Seems like none of the afternoon crew (from Wednesday April 15, 2:45 pm) know what they are doing. I ordered 3 drinks. Then the man behind me ordered 3 drinks and the woman behind him ordered 1. Must have been a shift change with no communication and the kid who started to make the drinks completely skipped over my order and served the two people that were in line behind me. Then, when i asked what the deal is and why in the world my drinks got skipped, out of the 4 people working behind the counter, NOT ONE person apologized, or gave a friendly gesture as to why i had clearly been skipped over. They all looked at me like deer in headlights and the guy who took my order said "they're right here" no I'm sorry for the wait, I'm sorry that was my bad.. nothing. Moral of the story to all these kids working in your smoothie shop; customers will wait ALL day long for your product, no doubt. But they won't be happy about waiting if NONE OF YOU have ANY customer service skills and are incapable of communicating and keeping your customers happy. There was a wonderful kid working the early morning shift last week that i had the pleasure of encountering. Maybe he needs to train all of the rest of the employees because his customer service skills were amazing and i would have sat in the shop for hours waiting for a drink as long as he was talking to me. I wish i could remember his name. Anyways i let the kids know i would be writing a yelp review so here it is. 5 minutes away there is a Jamba on Broadway in burlingame. . MUCH better service. The drinks are the same everywhere. But I'm not paying for the drink I'm paying for your smile. Without customers you have no job children!
