IHOP

I waited at least a minute at the hostess stand waiting to be seated with my boyfriend before being seated in the very back booth right by the kitchen door. Our waitress seemed nice but also seemed a little out of it or confused. She seemed bewildered by the questions we had about the menu and stumbled on her words trying to answer them. It was almost like she was on pain pills or something. While we waited for our food, our conversation was interrupted by talk of weed and getting stoned from behind the little glass separator behind us. As if this wasn't enough, one of my Swedish crepes came out way undercooked and squishy. I asked the waitress if she could replace just that one with a new one and she took my plate back and told me it would be 3-4 minutes. Well, around 4-5 minutes later the manager comes out with a brand new plate of crepes-- only they weren't the flavor I ordered. He seemed very confused and asked if I was sure they weren't right. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this location.

This was the WORST experience yet. Bad service and bad food. And terrible management. Now i see why it was SOOOOOOOOO EMPTY

IHOP's always have great food. The service in this location sure needs some training, especially the hostesses and cashiers.
