Absolutely amazing! I couldn't be happier with the service I received--everyone is so friendly, helpful, and honest! This is the only place I will take my 2009 Clubman.

Honest, Reasonable, Friendly Master Mini Cooper Mechanic!!! I have a 2005 Mini Cooper S and I couldn't have asked for a better auto repair shop for my car. I've been to the dealer and other auto shop and never had anyone take the time to explain everything to me and offer to show me everything under the car. I will definitely continue to use them to maintain my Mini Cooper.

"Highly Recommended" To start my review, let me say I had initially taken my car to another place because my car was over heating, I spent alot of money at that other place and was about to fork out alot more until I was recommended to take may car to a man named Jesse @ Coopers, Bimmers & Benz for a second opinion. At first I was a little nervous because it took a while for them to diagnose the problem but in the long run these guys did an AMAZING job at putting all their time and effort to make sure they found the main problem and didn't just make an assumption to get my money. These guys found the issue that the "other mechanic" couldn't find!!! I have had my car back for a couple weeks now, I have been closely observing it to make sure it has not over heated and everything has been working PERFECT! I could't be happier with the work and service I received. You may ask what is my only regret? Well my only regret is not taking my car to "Coopers Bimmers & Benz" from the jump...They would have found the problem from the beginning, and would have saved me money. Take you car to Coopers Bimmers and Benz----you will not be disappointed! Also was very impressed by the follow up call by the lady in the front, its nice to know there are honest and helpful mechanics still left in this world.

Definitely recommend this shop over any other in SA! Took my BMW for an oil change and brake flush and was met with an excellent and friendly staff. Was pretty much in and out and paid the best price in town for those 2 services on a BMW! Mechanic was very proficient and knowledgeable when it came to BMW's and did a GRADE A+++ JOB!! Will for sure use this place from now on over the dealership or any other shop as they use the same parts and products as the dealership!!!!

I have to say this place really did a great job. My car was towed to them and I was afraid I wasn't going to get to talk to them until Monday but they called me immediately with all the details of my car. I made arrangements to have a ride to work the next day. They inspected my car and found I had an electrical wire short-out which was causing my car to act up. I was treated very well.

I was most impressed with the follow up call to check on my vehicles performance or if I had any concerns. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you Cooopers Bimmers and Benz.

I was recommended by a friend to this place. So took my car over to them Jesse Carlos was the guy that I was told could help me. Well I have to say that the service was great and the KNOWLEDGE was excellent. They explained to me in detail why I had a check engine light on after just purchasing my Mercedes two days ago. So I had the service done and got my car back by the next day.

I now know where to bring my car and I definitely would recommend these guys to any of my friends.Thank you Coopers Bimmers and Benz.
