This florist is a call center, there are two address listing for this business in San Antonio, when I went to the shop to order flowers there is no shop just an empty office building. I called to set an appt. to talk about a party I wanted to plan and the lady gave me the run around stating she was closing early today and was closed tomorrow, all though the web site clearly states they are open until 7. If I wanted a call center I would have called a call center this is a joke.
Love this place!!! I am one of those people who always likes to have fresh flowers and plants around; I get all of my flowers and plants from Alamo Heights Flowers and more. I have always been pleased with my purchases. I like going in and picking out what flower arrangement I want but it's also nice that they have so many great options already designed to pick from.
This is the only place I will order flowers for my wife from! She has always been blown away with the flower arrangements and plants from here. The customer service is always pleasant as well which is nice because when I call, I usually have no idea what I want to order. The prices are reasonable too. Great place for all you boyfriends and husbands out there.
