        No hard sell and installation went fine. Customer service follwing install is a nightmare. They will NEVER call you back, ever. I've had on-going issues and it's taking twice as long to get it resolved because they NEVER call you back within the 24-48 hours stated. I love the folks at ADT and would recommend them in a hearbeat, but if you can't guarantee that your post install will be issue free, find another ADT dealer.
