        Poor customer service, hard rate to beat, if you demand it. we were running late and called to ask if they would wait <5 minutes for us to show, they cooly stated "we close at 2 sir" so running up the block at 1:59 we made it. after gettign in the clerk seemed upset that i had got the rate that i had by calling the main office abotu the competitiveness of their rate, she made several passive agressive remarks about "i don't know how you got this price.... oh, i guess he can just give away trucks at whatever price he wants. after i was done bitting my tounge and tapping my foot she sent me outside for the truck walk around, which consisted of a guy standing there staring at me asking if the truck was satisfactory, non verbally SCREAMMING "sign the damn paper and get out of here" succuming to the rush tactic i called out a few bumper dings, and signed it. needless to say the inside was filthy and water damaged, lift gate rocked, but that's about it.
