Happy's Home Appliances

They said the refrigerator was a size it was not when I got it home it did not fit. They refused to come get it. When I brought it back they refused to give me a refund after 12 days of arguing they have given me a partial refund. They say they do not give refunds. It’s been a nightmare Attorney general contacted them they still will not give full refund.

My old dyer stopped working and I called and spoke with Brian (Assistant Manager) and was very helpful. He cared more about making sure I got the correct dryer for my needs than trying to find a higher priced one. He was very friendly and treated me with the upmost respect and caring. It was like he was talking to a friend than a service. I would highly recommend this place. Also, I was able to get it the next day delivery and the delivery crew was exceptional. All the people I worked with during this order were beyond what I expected with regards to customer service. Thanks to all. Lastly, you can get great deals with appliances that have very slight imperfections. The dryer works great and like the front loader door on this model.

This place is terriable. Do not buy any appliance from them. After 3 dryers they gave us one that still dosent work and is dirty! Instead of providing good customer service they gave every excuse why their product was horriable.

Bought a real nice washer and dryer set. Come with a good warranty to. nice folks they are real helpful

i came in looking for a used washer dryer. i was referred by a friend. but when I walk in all they had was new. i was concern at first but they got me finace on a set for 500 that was both washer an dryer. i also went ahead to get the extended warranty for five years. needles to say im very happy with happys.

Never showed up to repair dryer appliance after several weeks of scheduling attempts, very unprofessional

Please don't make the same mistake I did and purchase appliances from Happy's thinking the worst that can happen is you'll be out a couple hundred dollars if the appliance doesn't last. The repair "warranty" was meaningless, because when they came out to repair our supposedly "new" washing machine that had the drain hose crack within 3 months of owning it, they didn't do it correctly. This resulted in a full washing machine load of water being dumped onto our wood laminate floors with the first load we ran right after the Happy's employee left.

We called the next day, and after 5 days, the owner finally found time to call us back. He was extremely rude to me and not apologetic at all. He stated he would call us back to have someone come look at the damage and we would proceed with getting quotes to get someone out to repair. That was over 2 weeks ago, and we haven't heard a word and our calls to him haven't been returned. Clearly customer service is not at all important to Happy's.

I was originally happy with the salesmen working he was very nice to talk to and seemed like an honest guy. I purchased my Freezer on a Wednesday and was thrilled when they offered to deliver the next day at no cost. The delivery crew dropped off the freezer plugged it in and left. Within minutes I could tell it wasn't working at all and called the phone number given for my 'warranty' they offered to send someone out next day. The technician was in and out in 15 minutes and my freezer was working, by the next day I noticed it hadn't shut off yet. I ended up calling an actual technician who replaced the thermostat which was installed on the complete wrong side of the freezer and had been hot wired in for no reason. Now my freezer works perfectly but I had to pay an outside service to finally get my desired product. Just buy new or suffer paying someone else to replace everything they rigged up inside their crap.

Bought a washer and dryer from here. Next day both did not work. They came out and fixed the washer but the dryer we had to bring back. Were promised a better one because of our inconvenience and to our surprise the one they wanted to exchange was worse than the first one and was told if we want a better one we were to pay $50 more! What a rip off! We didn't expect the best being a used applience place but we didn't expect to be taken for idiots. Never again!
