ABELE GREENHOUSE, INC.

I don't normally write reviews, but I thought this would be a review to notice. I have been to many different greenhouses and although I loved the plants that was being sold, the customer service was APPALLING! I have worked in customer service since I was 15 years old (now 23) and I can honestly say I was disgusted with how my mom and I were treated. No please, thank you, or have a good day was said...we didn't even get greeted when the workers would walk by. On top of that, they never asked us if we needed help finding anything and if we had a question about a plant, they never took the time to find out the answer they just said, "I don't know" and walked away. When I was walking towards the checkout, I passed a lady and when I was about to say hi to her, she turned her nose and kept on walking. As we reached the checkout, I was never asked how my day was or if I found everything okay. When I paid and waited for my mom, she didn't say a word to me. This gets EVEN BETTER! When my mom was checking out, the lady said to her "Can you move back so I can count your plants" in a rude way, no please, NOTHING. I cannot believe these people are employed here and we will NEVER return to this greenhouse again, even if you paid me to! It's sad because my mom and I had such high hopes for this place :(

25 trees that they planted and less than a year later half of them started to die. I hate to go to this level of negative feedback but after numerous attempts and being hung up on by this operation I had no other choice but to let everyone know of our recent experience with this place. What saddens and upsets me is the thousands of dollars I have spent throughout the years with them. I called the man in charge Mr. Matt Bouvy to be told o well not his problem that they have replaced some of the trees and as far as coming back over and finishing the job with further replacement of dead trees and fixing the irrigation they installed that isn’t working I was told to find another landscaper to handle it further and for future jobs. He wants not to admit it was there fault for installing these trees in an area that they will not survive in. He in a sense wants to wash his hands with us instead of doing what’s right and that's standing by there product and installation. While these trees were being planted in our back yard one of their own laborers/installation guys made a comment that “I don't see these new trees surviving back here because all of the bigger trees taking all the nutrients from these new smaller trees we are installing". I took that to attention and made sure twice a week those trees were watered and cared for. This is a perfect example of a business that has been around for years and with all the hard work blood sweat and tears that has gotten them to where they are. Which of course is from the previous owners whom have passed on to family, a younger generation who cares NOTHING about customer service that got them the name this community knows and has trusted for years. Matt Bovea is a chump!!

Poor customer service. I bought a rosebush from them, full of leaves, beautiful and fragrant. It flourished fine, then there were no more blooms. I found three dead branches, and decided to return it. What I got was attitude, and sent to a reject pile of other rosebushes that were dying. They had dead branches and signs of fungus spreading on the leaves. I have been going to them for years, and this is the only time I had to return something. I had to go home with a reject. Very poor customer service with this one particular gentlemen. He reflected a bad light on the company, but I still love Abele greenhouse, and appreciate the other staff that are always very helpful. I still give them five stars.

This greenhouse is beyond belief, the flowers are gorgeous the service is TOP NOTCH and the prices cannot be beat. This was my first time at Abele but believe me it will not be my last and I drove 30 mins to get there! WELL WORTH THE TRIP!!

Abeles Greenhouse & Garden Center is the BEST! There is a very big variety of plants and flowers and the customer service is also BEST! Everyone there is pleasant and very helpful!
