Paisano's

I love the food and have been a faithful customer for years. Absolutely delicious. My favorite dishes are the Lobster Ravioli and the Chicken Franscaise. I highly recommend Paisano's :)

I recently held my daughter and future son in law Rehearsal Dinner at Paisanos.

Let me just say that everything was wonderful. They put us in the back room, which we had all to ourselves. The party was taken care of by a couple of waiters and busboys. They did an excellent job; very respectful and tentative throughout the night. They first brought out delicious homemade bread followed by very tasty appetizers along with personal salads for each of us! We had a choice of Chicken, Meat, or Fish. Each prepared a different way of course. I, being the carnivore that I am, selected the Ribeye steak choice. WOW!! Absolutely delicious in every bite. And I thought they specialized in PASTA,,,I had a chance to look at the regular menu and it looked quite extensive in size. I kind of wish we had a chance to order more things! Great service, Spectacular Food, Beautiful atmosphere and Decor, especially if you are considering a Private Party. I will Definitely be back very soon to try the other interesting dishes that I had a chance to see on the menu.

My family recently had a tragedy. We lost our Mom. My mom as many people in the jersey area, would be buried at North Arlington. In our grief we asked a friend to recommend a resteraunt that was close to the cemetery for the repass. They unfortunatley recommended Paisano's. Let me explain we needed to give 1000.00 up front for 30 people., we were fine with this, this was the last thing on our minds so we confirmed it. That day we showed up , with 35 adults and 15 children,, were greeted by waiters, the food was brought out. Most of the children did not eat the chicken fingers because my son said Mom these taste like Oil.... The salads were brought out on what looked like coffee cup plates... the pasta , offered as an entree had no taste... I was told the chicken was okay.. the chicken and the four string beans they offered on the side... but honestly... this being a sad occassion the appetites were not too large... the coffee came... no dessert. Then after 3 hrs.. the Finale" the manage suddenly appeared at the register and it was time to settle up./.. we guarenteed 30 people... but in actuallity 35 adults showeed, and 15 children.,.. We were now being told the CHILDREN were also 30/ plate... and there were no fries... we were also being charged for the few plates of Calamari and Eggplant Rollatini... also not included... and coffee came... already poured in cups... so cold... and( no dessert..) the Bill for my Mothers repass was a part of my mothers greiving period we will never forget.. and we will never forget the Manager who never came over to greet us, offer us condolences and should be fired... Thank you Paisano's for taking advantage of peoples grief with your Mediocre food... and poor manners. MY SUGGESTIONS TO THE REVIEWERS... GO TO NUTLEY,NJ AND EAT AT PAPPION'S. .. ,the decor is intimate, the food is quite amazing, the owner is hands on and makes you feel as if you were welcomed into his home... and the prices are so fair you feel guilty it is not more...I am only sorry I did not book Pappion's I was not thinking clearly....
