When looking for a plumber in Rowlett, I stumbled on this listing with the one glowing recommendation, so called for service. Please read reviews for Metro-Flow Plumbing listed @ 3730 Dilido Road in Dallas before you call these guys. They are the same company.

Very dishonest and they try to get as much money out of you as humanly possible.

It is certainly borderline illegal.

I am no dummy, so sent them home. Had to pay $49.00 for the attempted shakedown. Service man became quite rude and aggressive when he realized that I was on to him and he was not being hired.

I had the job completed for 11% of Metro-Flow's "minimum" amount.

There ought to be a law!

I think about all of the old folks on fixed incomes that have probably been fleeced by these guys and it makes me sick.

Don't let these guys near your home!!!!!!!!

My husband and I really appreciate that when we called you about 9pm Metro-Flow listen to our emergency and stated that you could come out immediately or we had the option to wait until the next mornig and they would fit us in to their schedule. We received a call at 8:00am and as mentioned on our call, the plumblers arrived in the scheduled window time. When the plumbers arrived they took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our hot water heater, They gave us several different options and made suggestions saving us the money by only purchasing the parts vs. purchasing a new hot water heater at the time



As my husband & I both istened to the younger plumber explain everything the older employee stepped in at the end of the conversation stating that he was the Master plumber, this was very impressing to both my husband and I since ...



#1 we didn't realize plumbers had different titles



#2 the knowledge and professionalism of the young man almost appeared as if he could of been the man in charge.



However, when the "Master Plumber" explained more in depth how the hot water heater worked it was then obvious that YES he was the master plumber.



We would like to thank you for listening to our needs and being honest with us by asking us to wait until the morning vs having your ON-call person come out, your plumbers were professional, friendly and without a doubt they are knowledgable and seem to be plumbers your company should be proud of.



ps. Even though this is how we feel, my husband has mentioned this to our family & friends and he sums it up by stating "Nice guys and they didn't take us to the cleaners". When we do in fact need to replace the water heater, you are the plumbers we will call.
