NEW OWNERS ARE GREAT! Very glad I went in. I found stainless steel fridge and stove to go in my remodeled kitchen. They look very nice. They even found me a five burner stove which I would not have been able to afford new. Thank you!

Had a great experience here. Bought a washer and dryer. Great price for appliances. The first washer didn't work and they exchnged it no questions asked. I will go there again when I need another great quality used appliance.

Looking at past reviews...apparently they were decent when they first opened. Not anymore. 3 refrigerators in 6 weeks. The tech guy is an idiot. I do all the calling and waiting. Been disgusted since first fridge was delivered. Just because I can't afford new... Does not mean I deserve waking up to the food spoiling because of there faulty equipment.

lucystevens1951@yahoo.com First of all, don't go there. I am on my second dryer and third washer. Going on three weeks, and still no washer. When I called the first time, I explained what the washer was doing, they called back and said he spoke to the so called Tech and eas told that the motor is shot that they would call the next day and get a washer to me, no call. About 4 days later, I called them. Then it was send them a picture of the broken washer and they will try to get one like it. Another week went by, no call. Called them again yesterday, said they never got the picture on their phone. Had my Son send another. Now he says, we will have one there between 1-3pm, no call no show. Been without a washer for three weeks now. Next, it's Ruth to the rescue. They are nothing but liars and probably jerking me around til my warranty is up. I only wish that I would have read the reviews before I went there!!!

This Place Sucks Big Time!!!!!! I tried to get a washer and Dryer. They had the washer but didn't have the Dryer in and said they would call when it came in. Three weeks later was no call. So I went in and bought a washer and dryer. We decided on a day that they would come out. They came and deliver it on time at about 12pm but didn't have the right electrical cord for the dryer. So they said they would be back at around 5 pm with the cord. No call or anything, and they never came back. I had to call the next day and schedule another appointment. So here I am right now waiting for them to get here when they were supposed to be here at 4:30. I think their actions speak for themselves. They don't care about their customers!!! I wish I could give them a zero rating.

Heya folks, well our fridge ended up dieing and we went out on a Saturday to pick one up. We showed up and Eric was very friendly. After talking to him for a bit we explained our situation and what was happening. Both him and his Delivery guys were nice enough to bring the fridge out on Sunday. It showed up, but not without kinks. The fridge did not work. However, the next day we called and talked to him again. He sent out his repair crew first thing. They showed up at 10AM and were done by 10:30 AM. The fridge is now working flawlessly. Eric is definitely a man of his word, if he says it will be fixed, it will be fixed, if he says it will be there that day, it will be there, and to me, that matters more than the kinks that popped up on Sunday. I would go there again without a doubt if the occasion arose.

This place had great deals. I bought my stove and fridge for a very reasonable price. Got it delivered the next day on time and they hooked everything up and moved my other appliances into my garage for me.

At first, I was thrilled about this place. I bought a washer, dryer, and stove for $475 (including delivery, 6 month warranty, and hook up)! All with a friendly, non pushy salesman in the store. Not bad right? Well, it went downhill from there. I was told after purchase that they'd call me between 10-1030 the next day to set up a delivery time. 2:45 rolls around, and still no phone call. I call the building and provide my name/address/what I bought, and they have NO IDEA who I am! They'd forgotten about my delivery. It did come by 4 though, so I wasn't too upset.. til I tried out the appliances.



The agitator in my washer was broken. I wasn't too mad, as the items had warranty, so I called and set up a time the next day for a repairman to come look at it. Then I tried to boil water on one burner of the stove... and the back of my oven caught fire! What?! Now I'm in DANGER cause of these appliances?



Well I had been told the repairman would call me between 10-11 and set up an appointment time the day of his visit, and I figured I'd mention then what had happened... naturally, 12 rolls around and I have to call HIM to set up a time. Then he shows up and I have him look at the oven and he tells me I need a whole new appliance, they'll call me later today to tell me when they'll get it.... of course, they didn't call me. I called them at 5:30 and asked what the deal was and they said 3pm today they'd be here. So we'll see...



Long story short, they clearly don't even make sure the appliances work properly before selling them, hence offering the 6 month warranty. They also claimed to have cleaned the appliances before drop off, but I can tell you right now they didn't do a much cleaning at all - I had to do some real scrubbing. All in all, if you want your items cheap and don't mind spending the next few weeks setting up appointments yourself to have them come fix what they sold you, this is the place for you. If you want to buy your items and move along with your life, look elsewhere.
