Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

We got a house in 2004 and Wells Fargo finances it for us we like the low interest rates we had it fixed.

I wish Yelp allowed for zero stars. We went with the suggestion of using Frances K. Gauger as an agent, and what a debacle. We knew going into the process there might be some challenges, but Frances told us to go shopping for a home with a $335,000 sales price. She, however, failed to mention until after the interview, that she was going to Las Vegas (this was Wednesday night). Come Monday, she never took the mere ten seconds it would take to send a text or email that she was busy. Instead, I waited until 5:00pm to call her. Not only did she not answer her desk number or cell number, but she called back and left a message stating that she was too busy helping others. Here it has been 5 days waiting to hear back from Frances, all the while wanting to make an offer on two homes. During this prolonged absence, offers were placed on the homes we wanted. How depressing, especially considering I took my only day off to drive over a 100 miles each way to look at homes. When we spoke on the phone on Monday, Frances consistently interrupted me, while trying to defend her position. Customer service revolves around listening to the customer, not cutting them off and defending their mistakes. I can go on for hours about every miniscule mistake Frances made, but then I would be investing more of my time for a useless cause. Luckily, now I have Chase Bank and Quicken Loans that far exceeded Frances and Wells Fargo to get us a rapid preapproval. Word to the wise, read all of the horrific reviews for Wells Fargo, and realize they ONLY have programs that best suit THEIR personal gains. As a area director, I know the meaning of ethics and honesty, and I must say, Wells Fargo is the poster child for deception and deceit. I'm sure they will respond with, "I'm sorry that you were disappointed; please call us so that we can help." It's too late, the homes we liked are gone, all because of the deception and deceit of Frances K. Gauger and Wells Fargo Bank. I hope your trip to Vegas was worth destroying the home we wanted, as the dollar amount you promised us for pre-approval would have gotten us the home we wanted. Shame on you!! Too bad you didn't stay in Vegas!! On a side note, we feel that Frances's decision to avoid us and deceit us, was no small part because of us being gay. We will make sure the entire gay community avoids Wells Fargo with a passion, and believe me, I have the means to spread the word.
