My husband and I went to the store to see the 6 piece living room set we saw online for a good price. The guy Victor came to help us and showed us a 10 piece rectangle table wood dining room set, he said he could give us for $840. We asked how much would the dining room set be with taxes, delivery, and the 5 yr warranty and Victor said $1090. I told Victor we would be back to pay the full price on the whole dining room set and I just needed to move the money from my savings to my checking at an ATM because my cell phone is not working properly. When we came back to the store Victor told me his computer is not showing the 10 piece rectangle table dining room set and he could give us a 6 piece round table wood dining set for $1025. I was angry and felt like he lied to us the whole time. I told Victor we really looked forward to getting that dining set. My husband was angry and walk off. Victor said his computer is showing something different than the other computer on the floor. He tried to show me but I could not see what he was talking about. We left the store deciding to look somewhere else. I called and spoke to the Manager Jim, explained what happen. The manager Jim took my name and phone number and said he'll call me back. It felt like such a waste of time.

We were greeted by Mr. Nick Al-Hakim,the sales repesentative, and took us to various sections to look at the furniture we were interested in. When Nick was not sure of the pricing he brought in Mr. David Migdal and David gave us a good deal on the furniture and we ended up purchasing more items than what we went in for. The service we received was excellent.Without any doubt I will recommend this store to anyone. Thank you Nick and David.

This is the worst furniture store it does not matter what location you purchase from. I purchased what I thought to be a couch and a armless chair.The couch had a price tag on it and the armless chair had a price tag. We told the salesman (Bernie) we wanted the couch and the armless chair. Not once did he say that is not a couch and that it consisted of 2 corner chairs and one armless chair. Had I been told I would not have purchased anything. I never looked at the receipt and when the furniture came in my husband went to pick it up and we had one corner chair and one armless chair. What would anyone do with just those two pieces.The salesman already knew I did not like Ashley furniture because of previous issues. I went to the store and to get my money back they want to charge me 30% restock fee or I can choose something else. I feel like the salesman misrepresented the furniture purchase because he knew I was looking for a couch. I warn everyone do not ever go the Ashley Furniture.

No stars. The store charges triple than their website. Crooks. Lowsy customer service once you buy. They huffed and puffed at me in frustration as i calmly asked why i was not discounted the tax amount on my bill...which was the midnight madness sale...Ashley pays taxes and half off. In essence i pay the taxes and they discount that amount from my bill to even it out. But they didn't do that. I paid the taxes and Ashley did not reimburse by taking that amount off my bill. Chek your receipt if u bought during midnight madness. You may have been ripped off too.

This place is a joke. They just want ypur money. They will sell you junk. Then when it is defective due to the manufacturer. They will make you jump through hoops and still not repair it. Stay as far away from this place as you can. You could find better furniture at a flea market.
