        Overall

        Very Frustrating to contact. Trying to reach the cu to get a payoff and no one answers the phone until I press option #3 to apply for a new loan. I tried I think 5 times in 2 days spending at least 30 minutes on hold. If this was my business I would definitely want to know about this situation
