We went to Millies and the food is exceptional... fantastic "messes" and really diverse selection. The hashbrowns are nicely seasoned. You do have to order off the chalk board... but that is part of the atmosphere of the diner and when we asked the waitress for suggestions, she was more than happy to offer suggestions. I had the lobster and eggs in puff pastry (really good), and other people at our table tried the corned beef hash (exceptional) and the crab enchilada (tons of crab). The service was just like a diner... efficient and quick. They are really busy so you may have to wait if you dont get there early, but you can enjoy a mimosa or bloody mary on the patio while you wait.

We visited Millie's for Saturday Brunch. We were very excited, because we had heard wonderful comments. What a MAJOR disappointment. To begin with, we were seated and was told, that the only menus they had, were on the chalk board. Which is fine, for people who have good vision. Anyways......We ordered our food, which was recieved in a timely manner. Overall...It was ok. With the exception of the hashbrowns.....The cumin seasoning was a bit much....It really overpowered the potatoes. What really put the icing on the cake, was when the bill was brought to us, they had combined all the group together. When we ask them to separate the bills, they basically told us that WE had to do this, and THEY would not. Now I dont know what everybody else expects when they go out to dine, but I know what we EXPECT....Great Customer Service....and Millies didnt even register...We travel to many places and have never been to a place that is so insensitive to their customers.. Hopefully they will visit this site and see this comment and will reconsider their priorities to their customers. We will not be back.....

This is my favorite dish. However, the service can be slow at times and I'm patient enough to wait if I'm really craving the only dish I've ordered there. Deserts are good, too.
