Baker's Drive Thru

I received an order on Monday Sept.21,2004.I spent and always spend well over 20.00 per visit.Never had any complaints before.I called to complain about the taco shells that were hard,tasted unfresh,and not crisp at all.She was mean and rude and told me if I have my receipt to come in and they would replace the order.I explained that I didn't want a replacement meal but wanted to caution her just in case these were from a old batch, and she would know what to look for.She went on to tell me that no one who had dined-in complained and that the taco shells come in every Mon.,wed,and Fri.I explained that I was upset and felt she was not being caring and tghat her attitude was unacceptable,but she didn't seem to care.So as a result I will not be nor will my family and friends patronize this particular Bakers.THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
