        Overall

        Great listing on yellowpages.com. Full of info about hours, type of work done, location. Pretty much everything you need to know about them, except how to contact them. Where's the phone number? That's what people go to the Yellow Pages for, usually, to find out how to contact a business using the telephone. Kind of hard to call someone when you don't know the phone number.

        Had a great experience here a few years ago. Took my Astro van in 9-29-11 because it was warping rotors one after another. Matt is awesome, and the tech William S diagnosed the rotors but found the calipers defective. The van has never stopped so smoothly. I believe they have finally found the issue. As a side note, the place I checked down South had suggested the shocks needed to be changed. William said they were not leaking and were fine.

        I would recommend Firestone in Rapid City to anyone but especially to women who are looking for an honest shop to take their vehicles to. Matt, Steve and the other fellas are all compentent, they call before doing anything that wasn't discussed prior, they charge me what they quote and they do not do anything unnessasarily - and if that isn't impressive enough.. as a single mom I need my vehicle - when it's in the shop I have no wheels. The guys at Firestone ALWAYS do what they can to get me back on the road as soon as possible. In a business where a lot of people and places have a bad reputation you can count on Firestone to treat you right... thank God. Rita
