Starbucks Coffee

This store is in a somewhat new area, a nice area. Yet, every time we go there, the patio is FILTHY from all you nasty cigarette smokers who litter the entire place with your disgusting butts. The staff is either not responsible for the outside area or just does not care. They are attentive yet cold. I guess you get what you pay for when you hire kids part time minimum wage. Call this an attack or vicious assault on smokers or whatever you wish, bottom line is, please ... smoke yourselves to death, but pretend someone else in your life gave you some positive direction at one point in time. How difficult is it to get a cup with water and deposit your butts there and when you leave, throw it in the refuse recepticles. The floors are many times filthy with spilled coffee, grinds and drinks, than mix in some nice tobacco, it's sickening. We are totally appalled by this mess which seems to continuously be ignored. We have taken numerous photographs and are sending them to Starbucks headquarters as well.



Again, this is a nice location, those of you with vile upbringings and nasty habits, slobs, in other words, go patronize a Starbucks in El Segundo or Watts, you'll fit right in there.
