Shane was our salesman and he made the experience very pleasant. He showed me the cars I wanted to look at and didn't try to change my mind or pressure me into something else (which I can't say about any OTHER dealership where I looked!) It was a very straight forward process where all the information was disclosed from the beginning. It was easy for me, which I really appreciated since I'd never bought a car before (my first and only car having been a gift when I graduated HS over 10 years ago.) I was nervous but they made it so simple that I really had nothing to worry about.

The car I finally drove away had more frills than I intended (I hadn't planned on leather heated seats or remote start!) but even with them, I had not seem it at a better price!!!

I went for a test drive with a few cars and there was no pressure which I liked. I finally found one that I love and bought it. The sales guy seemed a little clueless at times as to what the procedure entailed when purchasing a car. But over all the service and the signing of all one million documents was swift. I've owned by car now for a month and there isn't anything wrong with it. I felt a sense of security buying from AD, I had been searching for a vehicle for 2 months and I went to a great deal of little dealerships with super SKETCH people. There was one guy at some small dealership in Cary who looked as if he was about to put out a fatwa on me if I didn't buy a car. But I liked my experience at AD and I recommend that you go there and always take a car you like to a mechanic and have it checked out. I did so and there were two minor things that had to be done and AD took care of it!

Sales reps were quick to respond via email. Never actually spoke with them, but they leave me numbers to call & set up a date to view their inventory... Due to my truck driving job, it's hard for me to set up & keep appointments...

So glad I found this shop and got to know Paul personally. Everything he does is so cool and so fun. Cheri and I are kind of geeky love the sci-fi stuff we have purchased from Paul. She gets compliments ALL the time. The jewelry is well made - even the backs and insides are perfectly polished. Our first purchase was online and it was very assuring that Paul answered all our questions and updated us on the progress as the piece was made. Considering how busy Paul is that meant a lot.

I just recently heard about him through Facebook when someone shared the USS Enterprise ring!! It looks absolutely amazing. I have subsequently talked about Paul Michael Design incessantly to any who will listen. I look forward to working with him in the near future...to commission my own jewelry!!

Go online or in-person and check what they have for a selection. Run your KBB numbers if using a trade-in. The vehicle you get is of high quality and they know how to service their customers. Walking in you are asked to register, so you may get the impression of being chum, but the sales force shows absolutely no pressure or old school tactics. I've purchased two vehicles and soon to make a third. Far better than CarMax. The service/detail crew was backlogged so I picked up my truck the next day...it was worth the wait. I used their finance and I beat them up as well as USAA bank ... their financing won by 1% and 1/2 the cost of the same warranty plan coverage. Their numbers for my trade-in was spot on according to KBB. Did I lose some money, sure, but they're a fellow business and need to make some....sure beats having to put a sign out front or use CL to get rid of my trade.
