Big Daddy Taxi gets 0 stars they left me hanging and almost made me lose my job because they couldnt pic up the phone and say they wernt coming and everytime i called them they told me they were right around the corner so i kept waiting finally i had to start walking them when i told this to the dispacher she had the nerve to yell at me and say it wasnt her fault ,I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE TAXI DONT CALL BIG DADDY TAXI

Big Daddy Taxi Service has been helping me with my transportation services for almost 2 years now and I don't want to go anywhere else. I have been left stranded by other taxis' companies when I have been to places in Downtown Providence and when I call Big Daddy he makes sure his drivers are there and if not they get in trouble. I like it that I get good service because sometimes I have problems getting in and out of vehicles and the drivers help me without any hesitation. Sean, Paul and the drivers are great so you never have to worry about a thing when you are in Big Daddy's Taxis or Coaches

I would not take this cab company if it was the only one. I would rather walk. I called big daddy and this awful person Paul told me the cab would be there in 15 mins. I sat around and waited for 30 mins and then decided to take another form of transportation. Also being late seems to be the story of your company. then 45 or to be exact 42 mins after I called the cab in the first place I got a terrible phone call from this horrible person Paul. Paul asked me where I was and i proceeded to explain that his cab was late so i found another ride. I also said "sorry sir i do not need a ride thank you". I say sir and thank you because i was raised on manners something Paul knows nothing about because he then proceeded to call me a ignorant B, and fake A. And kept telling me I was ignorant and stupid. He told me I was a bad person for not calling and saying I wasn't going to be there. Wake up Paul, if your cab company never seems to be kind enough to tell someone they are going to be late
