        Overall

        Best customer service. This agency actually takes their time to explain coverages so customers can make better decision. It is not all about the price but the coverage. Educate yourself, don't wait for an accident to occur before you look into it.

        Most of our insured's come in asking for cheap prices but end up purchasing better coverage for them and their loved one's. Don't risk not having purchased enough insurance just because your car is paid off or not worth much to you. Be better insured. There is Super Power with Lorena Magana Insurance Agency, Inc.         They advertise "Free Insurance". Then overcharges you for your insurance. Nothing free about that!

        Most agencies charge a fee to give you a quote. We advertise "free education on your insurance, no charge to explain coverages". The Department of insurance prohibits giving out any free insurance as people must pay for their insurance, It's the Law.
